Since we offer made-to-order pieces, please allow 7–14 working days for production and delivery. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for most products, as long as they are unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

  • Customized or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return shipping costsare the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  • We offer free alterations for apparel if the fit isn’t right, including pickup and reshipping.
  • If alteration or exchange isn’t possible full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
