Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- The product must be in perfect condition
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made / made-to-order pieces
- Altered or personalized products
Custom orders are specially crafted and are delivered within approximately 2 weeks, making them non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email info@abees.in with your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions
- Ship the product within 3 days of approval using a reliable courier
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Returns are inspected within 2 business days of receipt
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only applicable for defective or incorrect items
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images
- We will arrange a return at no additional cost
- A replacement or full refund will be provided
