Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• The product must be in perfect condition
• A valid proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made / made-to-order pieces
• Altered or personalized products

Custom orders are specially crafted and are delivered within approximately 2 weeks, making them non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email info@abees.in with your order number and reason for return
2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
3. Ship the product within 3 days of approval using a reliable courier

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Returns are inspected within 2 business days of receipt
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days as coupons equivalent to exact amount of purchase.
• You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only applicable for defective or incorrect items
• Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

• Inform us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images
• We will arrange a return at no additional cost
• A replacement or full refund will be provided
