Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All originalΒ tags and packaging must be intact
- The product must be inΒ perfect condition
- A validΒ proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Custom orders are specially crafted and are delivered within approximately 2 weeks, making them non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email info@abees.in with your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions
- Ship the product within 3 days of approval using a reliable courier
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Returns are inspected within 2 business days of receipt
- Approved refunds are processed withinΒ 7 business days as coupons equivalent to exact amount of purchase.
